Actually it's heavier rain. The pink/purple is mixed...

Not sure how high the camera is, 6-8 feet I’m sure. St James City, Captiva, Sanibel are all at or below 7’ elevation. Entire islands washed over. Oy.
It’s well over 6-8’

Great night for Howie!

With today's high of only 47.2 here in NW Chester County this is the latest we have gone into any April without a 60 degree reading in the last 61 years! In 1961 the 1st such day was on the 14th of the month - that was also the latest in history for our first 60 degree reading in April.
But you were over 60 in March.

Tons of lighting here with this last cell.

Pretty long lasting here with amazing cloud to ground and cloud to cloud strikes.

Not saying we won't receive anything but I'm at 63F/DP 61F...not really conducive to anything major.
Shear is what is driving these storms.

Just got back from Okemo yesterday. Got there just in time for the rain soaked snow to become a glacier. Did snow the entire time we were there though. About an inch during the day of skiing Friday and another 2 inches during the day of skiing Saturday. Nice to be in an area covered in snow for a bit.

Yeah, this is what NWS Mt Holly said about that banding. Like I said, not heavy rain. It’s indicative of mixing
