    it's generally been south the whole time-2 days ago it had the best rains in S NJ and little up here. So have to factor that in....

    Still could verify that way. Look at Henri with it's 7-9 inches of rain near NYC-no model had that. Tropical systems can be unpredictable and also dump much more rain that forecast

    my neighbor's pool stays open to 10/1 but no one really uses it past now. Kids back in school, after school activities/sports etc. And like Ginx said, sun angle low and cool nights make the water colder.

    Perhaps from NYC south. Many models crush the northern part of the Metro area. Will be a close call.
