  1. I know quite a few people that still go to steel mill. There is a gym in orchard park called underground that is an improved version of it. 24/7 and they give you a key to it for $30 a month.
  2. Not sure if anyone saw this but a pretty huge deal. https://www.foxbusiness.com/markets/us-stocks-april-20-2020
  3. I've made due with 2 20 lb dumbells and a 70 lb bar along with lots of walks and runs outside but it's getting a tad old. Also got into a little bit of yoga, really enjoying it. Will probably make that a staple going forward, mobility is vastly improved.
  4. I don't know if I could enjoy a home gym as much as going to the gym. I love looking forward to seeing the boys every night after work. I love the sauna, the preworkout, the pump. Ahh take me back! For those that don't know about the pump.
  5. North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is brain dead, according to two US officials. He recently had cardiac surgery and slipped into a coma, according to one US current and one former US official.@NBCNews confirms and adds to CNN scoop from me, @ckubeNBC @carolelee — Katy Tur (@KatyTurNBC) April 21, 2020
  6. Maybe worried about other countries not social distancing and bringing the virus over the borders?
  7. NYC Emergency Department Surveillance Data Visits per 100,000 People by Age GroupThrough 4/19/20
  8. Would be shocked if things don't start opening up June 1st.
  9. I cannot believe they would do that after what just happened last year. Some things are just too ingrained in a business hierarchy. They are going to have a tough time recovering from this one if its true. Another reason why you simply cannot trust corporations. They are just as selfish as the government.
  10. I was thinking Alaska/Hawaii again if possible. I went to Hawaii last year but want to hit up another island or two. But if I want to stay in the states maybe NW coast, glacier national park, Yosemite, grand canyon. The SW has quite a few places to go.
  11. I'm not sure I'm going to be able to do any international travel this year. But hoping to at least make a few trips out west once we start to reopen. Any recommendations?
  12. This is just the start. We will be testing thousands a day soon. It will ramp up quickly. I think NYS is completely reopen by July 4th.
  13. I'm pretty sure they estimate how many people get the flu. As stated several times, the majority of people do not go to the doctors when they get the flu.
  14. I can't believe people still don't believe in evolution. We can see real evolution happening before our eyes with these viruses mutating constantly.
  15. COVID-19 antibody testing site at Wegmans on Alberta Drive! This is what we need. I want to see if I have already been in contact with the virus so I don't have to worry about it.
  16. This is going to be commonplace the next couple weeks. #TRAFFICALERT Niagara Square is closed to traffic due to the ongoing protest happening there.
  17. True I get the common cold twice a year but I call it a sinus infection because it occurs in Fall and in Spring. Every Oct/April it seems. I buy quite a bit of medicine OTC during this time. Nighttime and sinus meds.
  18. Yeah I take my odds with not getting the vaccine. I've had the flu once in the last 6-7 years.
  19. As Delta mentioned if we cannot find a cure for the common cold, what makes us think we can for this? Or is the common cold not severe enough to find a remedy too and majority of time we are at the herd immunity phase already. (Barring mutation)
  20. But isn't the coronavirus just a variation/mutation of the common cold? Would not the same concept be applied here? https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/general-information.html
  21. Every time I go for a run or walk and get short of breath I feel like I'm getting the virus.
