    That was written before J&J got approved too. I just don't see it with the current trajectory. Even without vaccines last summer saw a huge reduction in cases as with most viruses they have a seasonality to them.

    You're not a fan of Wood? I think she is incredibly smart. I'm a pretty big fan. As you already mentioned history means nothing in this market. What has worked or happened in the past will not happen again. We will never see the type of hyper inflation we saw in the 80s with mortgage rates in the 13-15% range.

    Why are you using analog highs as a means of temperature verification? Temps include highs and lows. Buffalo was at +2.1 for Dec-Feb, not 0.2. As someone that works in finance, your way of interpreting data is extremely odd and inaccurate.

    Buffalo announced their first summer festival will be happening as normal in July. Probably still have to wear masks, but somewhat normalcy is returning this summer.
