  1. I believe Pfizer is like 90%+ effective vs the Brazilian variant. The South African is the one that concerns me.
  2. They're going into winter. Those numbers are going to be quite high for awhile.
  3. Woke up to graupel and a white ground, easy pass ready for spring.
  4. How have you and wife been feeling? Did you guys get a fever at all? My fever is gone and coughing up loads of green/yellow mucus the last few days. Enough to fill about a trash bag worth lol. Usually this happens at end of sinus infection, so hopefully back to normal in next few days.
  5. This doesn't get it done. Too weak of a low and not enough cold air.
  6. I don't see enough cold air for this time of year. Only accumulation will be higher elevations.
  7. These temp swings are killing me while having this sinus infection. I hate this time of year. 70 one day and 30 the next.
  8. Few pics from yesterday winds https://buffalonews.com/news/local/photos-fridays-wild-weather/collection_ec877b4e-8e55-11eb-a59c-ebdabda80475.html?utm_campaign=snd-autopilot&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook_&fbclid=IwAR09J6UkQdRKFQrRKwCZH2E94lMmToTmabvMzR0eRljz1qpvbl_IdOdGn64#3
  9. Whats strange to me as the virus is mutating with the ability to spread quicker and deadlier, that is pretty rare with viruses as they usually mutate with the ability to spread quicker but less deadly.
  10. What happens in a few months when there are variants of variants and the current vaccines do little to counteract the new virus? Constant booster shots? Will we have an endless fight with covid? Would the vaccines provide some sort of immunity to a variant that is many times over mutated from the original strain in which the vaccines were based on?
  11. Drones are not cheap either. That thing is probably toast. I have a Mavic drone and any water can cause permanent damage.
  12. Wind reports. 67 at West Seneca, 69 at Fredonia had to have a few 65-70 in Hamburg as well. Almost all of Hamburg lost power at some point today. Our power is back on here. https://forecast.weather.gov/product.php?site=NWS&product=PNS&issuedby=BUF
  13. Traffic signals out all over no power in derby, Hamburg, and parts of Boston.
  14. Crazy down here. Fire trucks, emts, and police with lights going down camp road all morning.
  15. These winds have exceeded expectations. Had to be a few 70+
  16. Incredible wind gusts here. Losing power every few minutes. Had to be a few near 70 mph. Entire building shook.
  17. The Pats loaded up on players this year, I still think hes done as a QB. But yeah my cousin had covid and couldn't walk up to the stairs without being out of breath for months after.
  18. Buffalo is +5.7 for March so far. Impressive stretch the last 5 days. Average high is 45. 21 66 30 22 68 36 23 66 42 24 72 52 25 70 52
  19. Yeah you'll have to take it really easy for awhile. Fatigue is the symptom that usually last the longest, at least a few months.
  20. I was taking sudafed the last 10 days and overnight one night it got me. I have been doing everything you've said except mucinex. Going to try that.
  21. I've been sick for the last few days with around 100 fever, cough, chills, ear ache, headache. No covid, just the common cold. There are other viruses out there, I am proof!
