    Great start to summer, I expect it to continue with above average temps the next few months. June is a virtual lock already with the departures so far.

    Yeah It's in a perfect spot. I'm pretty close to lake so we don't get cold at night and there are zero trees around my pool so it gets full sun all day long.

    Very high overnight lows have been the factor behind those departures. My pool is in the 80s despite no solar cover.

    Everyone is dying. 6 death certificates in the last 3 days on my desk, all from random reasons 50-70 age group. People that are waiting until retirement to enjoy life better forget that and go live now, tomorrow is not guaranteed.

    Lots of land out that way at reasonable prices. It's still far enough out there to get that. Here where I live and every single piece of land is being developed. I bought my house for 160k in 2019 its worth 235k+ now. I bet I could get 250k if I listed today, its insanity over here. There is a development being built as we speak behind my house with average housing prices of 300-475k.

    There aren't many jobs there, a pretty small town. Work from home, or teacher at the school is about all they have. Population is like 4,300

    It's similar here. Only takes 2-3 miles away from lake to get away from the breeze.

    Average temps in early June are in the low 70s, so any 80s and you're looking at +10 departures.

    My favorite. Except my uncle and aunt moved from West palm to Charlotte, no longer have a chase spot until they retire in a couple years. I had 10 years down there to get one and zero hits.

    .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. There is a chance of thunderstorms over the southern Adirondacks Saturday with a marginal risk of severe weather. The first extended period of hot weather of the season is expected this weekend into early next week. Heat indices in the low to mid-90s are expected for valley locations Sunday through Tuesday. If confidence in heat indices reaching 95F increases, heat advisories will become necessary.

    May finished at -0.7. The 4th out of 5th May with negative departures (2018) The next week look like we jump right into summer with temps in the upper 80s.
