But you're more of a snow on the ground guy vs constant LES snow, so you're in a good spot for that, the best in Upstate besides the upper dacks and higher elevations.

I can't believe Dolphins fired their coach, they went 8-1 in last 9 games. Per Tom Pelissero, The #Bears Have Requested To Interview #Bills Defensive Coodinator Leslie Frazier for Their Head Coaching Vacancy. Frazier coordinated one the best defenses in the #NFL in 2021, as #Buffalo was atop the league in Yardage Allowed, Points Allowed as well as Passing Yardage Allowed.

Can't use 22 minute intervals to determine/project hourly snowfall rates. Anyone can get under very intense band for 10-20 minutes. I think the rates topped out around 3-4" per in heaviest stuff down there, still impressive but nothing like 5"+ an hour for consecutive hours.

I will say that band in Connecticut during Nemo and the band just west of Binghamton last December were pretty close to top LES caliber snowfall rates.

To each their own. For me its all about the snow falling and crazy rates. Inside of a LES band you'll never experience that in a synoptic storm. We had rates of 6-8" per back in 2014 peak stuff, off Ontario in the strongest bands 10-12" per hour has been recorded. Good luck finding that in synoptic. The worst synoptic storm I've been doesn't even compare to a marginal LES event. I've seen some crazy storms hiking in various mountain ranges and the middle of a crazy LES band is unmatched. Going outside and seeing snow on the ground just doesn't do it for me. I need this
