  1. Read the same, seems excessive especially when I have 40k sq ft to cover...Maybe I’ll just do the mossy areas.
  2. Not enough I suppose....I’ll wait to apply before the southeaster.
  3. OK, I’ll wait until next weekend before the screamer. As long as it’s not 3” where there will be runoff.
  4. Do I need to water after laying down the lime pellets? The instructions do not mention it.
  5. Ordered lime pellets. gonna spread it hard this weekend.
  6. lots and lots of rain. no SNE severe drought they need to fight off.
  7. I’m probably better off tilling the mossy areas. It’s on the outer edge of the prop line luckily....but yea, it still needs to go.
  8. If you have .25 acres or something, I get it. My mom used to rake her 1 acre property cuz it was good exercise....But I can think of better things to do for exercise, and it wouldnt take me 8 hours.
  9. Ya. I didnt think anyone under 60 still raked.
  10. As long as our yards look pristine....drink safely.
  11. I’ll test the soil soon but deff could use the lime on the outer edges near the tree lines. I need to see what type of shading the rest of the property gets when we leaf out. thanks.
  12. I’ve been out of the lawn game since I moved out my rents in 2005. Finally bought a house ,with 2 acres, though half of it is wooded....so I have an acre of grass, some moss areas near the long driveway. The lawn looks in decent shape but I certainly want to make it stand out. My neighbor puts down lime in the early going but I’ve never been big on lime. Should I do it?
  13. I believe as well. Even the previous storm the guy in ridgefield ct had a ruler pick of 23” but being how temps were marginal through the entire event, it was probably closer to 30”. You have to wonder how much snow really fell in Mar 1888 then.
  14. I lucked out with the band but what a short stubby weenie this was.
  15. Yea, that band was/is pure fluff. I underestimated it. 9.75”
  16. If we can get the huge band in the east to keep coming weat that should expand the western deform band enough to keep wct in the game for the day.
  17. Very solid. Took a while cuz it seems like the radar beams are too nw of ground truth.
