Yea. City folk has flocked there but if Ant is buying a 800k two family home in the city (not new?)...he can get a brand new 2200sq ft townhome on the west side of dxr for 500k and have an hour and change commute, depending on where his precinct is.

Sorry about your dad. I lost mine in 2015 at 65. Do you have to be in the city though? Can you come to coastal CT and train/commute into work? Even Danbury is a good spot for NYC workers...lots of folks there are originally from the city.

This month has felt like Shaq at the free throw line...brick after brick. But eventually, one rolls around the rim a few times before dropping.

That’s what I’m leaning towards. A more balanced look between the atl and the pac would lead to better results...and during peak climo at that. I’m not worried.

We’ve been missing the upper echelon type event in every direction since 2013 and I wasn’t here for Feb 13 so I’m going on 10 years now experiencing 18+. Whenever it comes though, and it will someday, I’ll remember to enjoy every second of it.
