  1. Yup…especially after wasting two months.
  2. I hedge bigger and sporadic then smaller and frequent.
  3. This could be a season of a couple large events but otherwise nada.
  4. Did Dick Toleris pull back from his big winter call that fast?
  5. Wolfie took the holy day off to lick his wounds but he’s back on the prowl today, stalking pessimistic prey.
  6. Thanks for keeping us safe. Deep fog last night, winter’s apex.
  7. Me neither. Unfortunately winter is 4-6wks long nowadays so we’ll need to squeeze out every shortwave fart over LI.
  8. We bust all in good fun especially when snowy times are this bad…we’ve got to laugh our way through it.
  9. It’s just our resident WinterWolf. All you have to do is make snowy forecasts and he’ll go away.
  10. Warm/wet, cold/dry…the 80s on roids continues. Scooter choking his gorilla while the pope strokes his goose.
  11. There will be no shortage of moisture for sure but we may be sniffing gorilla glue, instead of pounding Scooter’s gorilla chest, if the qpf continues to fall in liquid form.
  12. I know what you meant but until we have a locked in cold source nearby, the gorilla gonna rain.
  13. This is getting good. I thought we’d have to wait until 2024 but them fighting words starting earlier.
  14. Gorilla’s live in the rainforest so…yea, more big rainers on tap.
  15. My last 20” was in 2011. I’d be waiting a very long time to enjoy a winter event if that’s the threshold. I guess when the kids are grown I may feel differently but as of now, even 2” and we have a blast.
  16. Keep the jersey and use it to wipe summeh swamp ass. Return the shovel.
  17. Ginxy says white xmas odds for SNE have not changed since the 1600s though.
  18. True. Either outdoors or on our monitors.
  19. Early Jan looks good but if it’s only a 2wk stretch that fails to produce, we’ll need to hand out straight jackets around here.
  20. This map makes sense and aligns with WOR forecasts. This was a coast and EOR event. I still think the duration of sustained winds along with the soaked ground did the most damage, rather than any rogue gust. We do hope this map is not a prelude to snowfall distribution when the next system approaches with below freezing temps…assuming that is possible.
