  1. The ECM and it's 20" snow has verified great the last 10 days...
  2. ECM is alone with it, usually when it has no support it's wrong.
  3. Looking like 33F rain next week now.
  4. They said the NAM was wrong but 0z guidance coming in milder
  5. Around .20" enough with frozen ground to make it a skating rink
  6. Early afternoon is the projected start time in SEPA
  7. Thames has frozen over the first time in 60 years, and there's pics of snow in Scotland almost as impressive as north Japan in winter. The clear winners of the SSW event early January is the UK.
  8. How much would it cost me to make this happen
  9. Started off February rocking with a B to an A+ storm depending on location, and a two week outlook that was OFF THE HOOK GREAT LOOKING. What has happened since? Performed at the extreme low end snow potential guidance envelope, and the best the third week can offer is an ice storm of some kind.
  10. I wish. But an antenna dissected from a radio made a good map pointer.
  11. I made all his happy/angry clouds, cold etc. The fronts were hard to make and cut out, then I played weather lol
  12. Looks light end nuisance, new GFS is 1" snow and no ice
  13. Saturday evening is just a nuisance light icing event on the ECM and UKMET but they have been awful even in short range. The NAM isn't much of anything either.
  14. 40" and the same as winter 2011. Interesting example of how a mid winter snow drought of 6 weeks vs a winter that happened all in the middle 5 1/2 weeks can skew overall impressions. I would take 2011 every time over this one, snow in the holidays and core of winter and spring kicks off in mid February
  15. 2" and a 40" snow season. Bring on spring.
  16. Checked and surprised there is 1.8" , also a wild cat fight in progress.
  17. This is WAA - warm air advection snow from a weak wave of low pressure and not associated with a primary off the coast, that will develop out to sea.
  18. Mild and toasty on oh Canada days 8&9 not happening but one can dream.
  19. Sure you have the right GEM the GFS blockbuster is barely a burp
  20. Let's match.com him how about the JMA and ICON
  21. Saturday evening snow to sleet& graupel with a side of snizzle
  22. ^1994 flavor right there especially the northern tier
  23. Huge ice storm next Tuesday on the euro a disaster as depicted and subject to change "Dr No blows on the end of the now cooling lazar beam and puts pinky at his mouth"
  24. Southern storm colliding with arctic high at 132hrs
