  1. Waiting around for this coming warmup and see the NAM has .5-2" overnight what the heck
  2. Still more backwash approaching from the southwest could prove adventuresome out there this evening Freezing drizzle and 30F
  3. 30F The rose bush is iced up and some plastic surfaces
  4. The twenty foot wide drift outside is still holding 9" deep lol
  5. For snow futility fans: Going through the records of Allentown a winter that finishes with <20" snow and has Jan-Feb combined average below normal in temperature is quite rare the last one I found was 1976. A couple got saved by March snow one was 1993.
  6. Don S thinks a milder second half of February time is running out.
  7. The Sunday storm needs a 1000 mile correction. Really cold garbage first week of February. Come on greasy grimy gopher guts at sunrise.
  8. A dry patch over the Lehigh Valley that saves the grid?
  9. His app must be weatherbug, family tells me it's never wrong..
  10. Need the GFS to be wrong and head north electricity is a needful thing, especially next weekend
  11. Last time an IP/FRZ rain event of this size was Valentine's storm 2007. Amazing what that did to I78.
  12. N&W and Lehigh Valley ice land on the 12z GFS 1.5" ice Allentown I couldn't imagine that
  13. Freezing fog in the forecast tomorrow night major psyched for this the pogonip cometh
  14. GFS is exact opposite on the day 7 storm and hits the NW crowd, something has to give eventually
  15. The middle finger storm. The hoochie warm wet mess. The euro day 7-8 bag of rock salt for the NW crowds wounds. No way we get it three times right? "Not with three barrels it can't, not with three!" Old Quint lol
  16. I enjoyed the euro's coastal hugger day 7-8 that brought rain to snow in Jersey, rain in Boston, SECS to Philly and nearby burbs, yet screwed the far NW burbs and Lehigh Valley...sure
  17. The middle finger storm had a big part in that hole
  18. Dude you had an historic January it's good you changed the avatar lol
  19. Saw some stats being posted on the NYC side- the airports are all in the top 5 snowiest January now and near -3.5F below normal. Only 75 miles as the crow flies away and the best I could do was squeak out some fringe action to edge above normal snow for the month. World's apart.
