Can I add 5-10F for the GFS long range cold bias?

Both NAM's .15" in upper Bucks on 18z. This dry with a tropical flow a head scratcher for that model. I would get more rain from spit.

My first thoughts were some of us will get some flooding rains with the storm track up I95, never know where that rain train sets up. But the GFS and 12k NAM think .25" what is going on?

Amazing how the regions heat has over performed, 10 days ago this wasn't in the cards and the GFS couldn't have been more wrong about the last week of June.
