Upton will most likely reduce numbers for NYC This is looking like a dusting to 2 inches unless the inverted trough shifts further north.

These troughs sometimes hit places that were not modeled. Have to watch that tomorrow .

Not your typical El Nino with a backloaded February. Still plenty of time for it to change but not looking good .

Nam shouldnt be taken seriously if the other models don't agree with it. What a failure.
