You can’t see it by looking at a snow map in our area, but the gfs shifted the winter weather a good bit south on that run.

Ok, so we lost the NAM. So when we lose the gfs and euro later, it will be the perfect time for the rescue thread

NAM is my go to model as soon as it’s in range. Rarely let’s me down

Just looked that up. You may know, but I didn’t. That happened in China in 2018. All 15 on that bus died. Incredible that that little flimsy railing was all that was there.

Ground temp will not be an issue. A couple of warm days won’t warm the ground in January, especially when it’s cloudy and rainy

That was what I was thinking when I made that post earlier but the gfs fizzled. And then you responded about wave breaking and I thought to myself, I don’t know what he’s talking about so I showed myself out 

If we had any real board leadership @stormtracker would have started it already. But, alas ..

The other models don’t matter. They are too inconsistent. The euro is the one that will guid my thinking here
