    I swear everyone has amnesia and forgets that these storms generally come NW as we get closer. It happens almost all the time. This thing is in the perfect spot. You don’t want it right over us 4-5 days out, since by the time it actually happens it’s shifted 100-200 miles. Let it show up OTS and by Saturday night we will be preparing for a blizzard.

    I had no idea having every model and ensemble agreeing a storm is coming except like one means the storm is on life support. Jesus man. We have had such terrible winters for half a decade basically. Here we are finally having a decent winter and still so many people just complain and complain. Can’t even come to this site any more since it’s so much bitching and moaning about everything. The world sucks enough, I don’t need that when I’m trying to enjoy one of the few hobbies I still can enjoy.

    Trend is your friend. Winters have been so bad that this storm would already make this winter better than the past few years. Southeast MA has been rough.

    Probably the best it has looked satellite wise. Just aesthetically at least.

    Looks like it’s dying. Whole west side is basically gone. Front is ripping it apart. Some Bermuda Triangle voodoo?

    I don't mind someone being silly and a little off topic here and there. I definitely do it too. Thing that did it for me was being rude to people for no reason.

    Should start improving soon I’d bet. It’s feeling the moisture north and it should help with the dry air.

    Yeah that’s kinda like using the 90th percentile for snow maps. Edit- Nice to look at but generally never happens.

    Still looks like crap, probably why intensity forecast have come back a little. Will a weaker storm change the track much?
