  1. Maybe some sustained convection in the NW quadrant for the first time it looks like. This thing is about to give us a seriously great satellite shot.
  2. GEFS ensemble puts SEMA in the picture. Run is pretty west and has jumped big time over the last day. This has trended west almost this entire time. I’d guess it is gonna just keep going west until it runs into NC and then goes north to scrape Cape Cod.
  3. Got a feeling this winter is going to be COLD. Not sure though…
  4. Might be cause it’s almost 4AM but is it turning NE?
  5. Probably the best it has looked satellite wise. Just aesthetically at least.
  6. Looks like it’s dying. Whole west side is basically gone. Front is ripping it apart. Some Bermuda Triangle voodoo?
  7. Trying for an eye? Looks close, has cleared out a decent amount.
  8. Improving for sure but it's been that western side struggling for awhile now.
  9. I don't mind someone being silly and a little off topic here and there. I definitely do it too. Thing that did it for me was being rude to people for no reason.
  10. Hover over their picture or name and it should pop up.
  11. That just eliminated more than a third of this entire thread...
  12. Should start improving soon I’d bet. It’s feeling the moisture north and it should help with the dry air.
  13. Some hot towers popping up in the core the past hour or so.
  14. The New England tropics thread has about two pages of psychology discussion about social media lmao
  15. Yeah that’s kinda like using the 90th percentile for snow maps. Edit- Nice to look at but generally never happens.
  16. Still looks like crap, probably why intensity forecast have come back a little. Will a weaker storm change the track much?
  17. Think you might be a bit obsessed with comparing storms to other storms.
