    Lol all snow here right now. Had sleet for a few minutes around 5am but then back to light snow. Light coating on the ground. Glad I didn't get invested for this event.

    WB GFS isn't working, I take it the forecast is that bad that they don't want to show it. In better news I see they are going to start showing the para. Just in time for winter's end.

    Raining here and it's starting to freeze in my camellia leaves. Gonna be ugly if it picks up and keeps at it for the rest of the day. Oops wrong thread.

    Yeah me too, looks like maybe 1 inch or so. And we have winter storm watches for the weekend.

    It'll be a cold day in hades before that happens for anybody close in to DC or South. Now 19" of rain? I could see that with real flooding being a concern. We seem to do that pretty well around here now.

    I think I'm boycotting models from now on and just going to use my weatherbug app. It will reduce anxiety.

    What is this horseshite? I'm taking solace in that the models have been pretty crappy so surely the precip will shift 20mi one way or the other and fill in this stupid hole.

    Didn't Ji rule say to take the model with the lowest totals and that the one that would verify? Seems like a legit strategy at this point.

    Every single one of those is pretty good for the southern folks but that GFS, it's almost an inverse image of the others. Weird stuff.

    Maybe it's because my elevation is only like 105ft and about 1/4 mile from the bay.
