Has not let up here, heavier and smaller flakes but grass is caving.

31F in my yard, flurried for about an hour, now official Snow I'd say. Starting to stick on the grass and mulch beds. Still melting on the driveway for now. Sister is reporting nearly 6" just south of Cville.

Took out the trash and while the driveway looked clear I just shoveled a ton of frozen slush. Super easy to clear but was a surprising amount. Gonna be nasty out there in the AM.

Looks to be winding down, did ed up getting a car/driveway topper, before another wave of sleet took some of it away. Scattered flurries. Seems familiar to the last ~5 years or so, but was fun to watch the heavy stuff mixed in despite not accumulating. Just hit 32 for the first time today, was basically stuck at 34/33 throughout.

Sun came out recently and were up to 43 after hovering in the high 30s most of the day. Forecast was 44.

Trying not to get too hopeful here, but Western Prince William seems primed again. Still have tons of snow everywhere here. Ready for whatever comes.
