    I think it was 2015? also.. ASH hit 103/70+ ish. I reached 97.0/75 at 1000' in SNH, it was basically the hottest wx i can recall locally.

    In fairness, those were late(r) season where cooler airmasses were ready to pounce. Bob too, was coc hours later.Bertha 96 or a July TC would be a better match.

    as a kid we vacationed in ME a lot. Booth Bay, Bar harbor. Have to say I dreaded those trips, long drive to a miserable, cold, cloudy, rocky place. never so happy to arrive home. though they would be more tolerable as an adult
