    What snow? RGEM is worse. We have model agreement that this event sucks.

    The NAM caved horribly. Not that the NAM really matters. But its over. Just spent the past half hour looking at 5 day lead times on the models and added up the amount of snow Winchester would have if ANY of them were right. In the past 6 weeks at day 5 on the models Winchester has 49 inches of snow accumulation......The models are a clownshow. Just like this winter.

    RGEM slightly warmer than the NAM and comes in with a little freezing rain before the flip to 33 and rain. Miserable.

    I think I get about 30 minutes of deform this run. I need a break from this hobby.

    Glad to see the Euro finally got a clue that there is going to be a storm out this way. Now all I have to do is start worrying about temps. Whoever gets the deform will get some snow.

    I will believe the strat warming event when I see it. We were supposed to have the PV decimated 2 weeks ago. They never seem to pan out for some reason.

    Oh FFS. I was somewhat excited about mid Feb this morning, come home from work and look at the model runs and Feb is already over. This winter and this hobby suck ass.

    I definitely like our chances for something next weekend. GFS/CMC both hinting at something in that window. Could go poof like every other chance so far. But that would line up with prime climo for us.

    Oy vey this thread is a train wreck. 18Z GFS still has a signal for next Sunday/Monday. That is probably our best chance for a legit storm. Temps should be fine. And it is our prime climo to get hit.

    Radar down in Charleston WV starting to light up. Precip looks far enough north for most of us I think.

    I dont even look at it except for the 6 hour runs. It really did do well with last weeks snow. We will see if it was a blip or not.
