The 6z euro caved to the gfs with the central VA snow hole. The Gfs has been pretty damn consistent in all honesty. We just don't know if it has been consistently wrong yet. But I am certainly hugging it out here.

Yeah. It looks like the mix line runs right through the city. I should have mentioned it. But of course I was preoccupied with my own yard. CMC is nice with the first wave.

The CMC is a legit snowstorm for the weekend. Both days.

GFS has the Saturday sleet bomb as well. It is a really weird run. Snows on Winchester for hours as the storm approaches. I would take it.

New GFS looks a lot like the RGEM.

DT has to be sweating the GFS. Dont know how CHO is getting 10 inches off of .3 qpf. Saturday storm incoming on the GFS.

The GFS is rolling out slower than my 1985 Datsun. At 12 it appears there is less cold push.

ICON is a pretty big step back on qpf.

The RGEM is doing the same thing the GFS did and expanding the precip shield with wave 2. The heavy stuff is still south of DC. But everyone sees flakes from it at least.

Saturday storm is juicy. I would think it starts with a burst of snow over to heavy sleet. Looks like fun.

NAM with a sleet bomb on Saturday as well. Are we going to start talking about that one in here or still use the other thread for it.

How much mix did it show for jyo? The 12K has a lot. The other two NAM's not so much.

That Tuesday event is quickly becoming a Monday/Tuesday event with precip riding along the boundary. What a crazy week we have coming. -
The GFS is insistent on that central VA precip hole. Only model I see with it. But it just wont go away.

Much better wave 2 though. I will take that trade off in a heartbeat.

GFS weak and tainted with the first wave.

Thing is if you wish for the first wave to be juiced up it might miss north. And the second wave looks pretty much gone to me for anyone north of DC. This could easily end up with both missing.
