Just went out and took a Jebwalk in what might be the last flakes of the season. It is a wet mess outside. But walking while snow is falling never gets old.
Sleeting in Harrisonburg right now. That is probably pretty decent news for us up here in the Northern Valley. If they can sleet during the warmest part of the day we should be good for quick burst of snow later.
Hmmm. The 3k gives my area 2 inches tomorrow. I cant see that happening. Nevermind. I was looking at the wrong run again. My brain is fried from all of the tracking this year.
To the people that like to fish in this thread. Do yourselves a favor and grab as many of the little bastards as you can can freeze them. Fish of every kind eat them up like popcorn.
There are broods that come out every year. Different species. Its just the big one is every 17 years. Some of them come out a year early or a year late as well.
Not really. They mostly just sit in the trees and make a shit ton of noise. I was camping in a tent for a week during the 2004 cicada's and basically never slept the entire week.
By the way they are awesome bait for fishing. If you are into that kind of thing.
Both the NAM and RGEM are toasty at surface, mid to high 40's at hour 84, but if the timing is right and we get hit overnight I guess anything is possible.
