Also, Jan 1996 is considered the top snowstorm for our area, March 1993 was definitely better in the South though.

Conditions deteriorating rapidly here in Suffolk. Had a doctor appointment at 1040 came out at 1110 to 1/8-1/4 miles visibility and snow covered roads
