Winter might be over for anything sustained
Mjo on every model wants to go into the cod and possibly into 4 or 5.Another busted winter by many people.
Just a few days ago it was into 8... don’t trust those things you’re going to go insane.

It sounds like March outside this morning. Just woke up to all the birds singing outside my house. It’s like everything is 7 weeks too early right now, on Friday afternoon I saw a groundhog out running around
He only got a coating yesterday so it must have melted

It’s funny I drove to mount Vernon and it was snowing heavily I came back to the Bronx it was just alerting with some mangled flakes. I didn’t get that, temperature was also 29 there and 32 in the Bronx. I’m sure places to the north got a bit more on this last batch!

It’s about to wrap up here in the Bronx 3.22 inches. Or 8.19 centimeters. Nice storm very treacherous out there
-
3.2 inches in the Bronx sleet now
-
2.5 inches here in the Bronx
-
Moderate snow here in the Bronx. Looks to be heavy within minutes according to radar returns. Still 27... this thing is racing doubt we get to see any rain like blue wave said

Show a pic then because I’m trying to upload one and there is still grass poking through and I’m on the tallest ridge south of White Plains.
Okay next time I go outside which will be as soon as my wife feeds the baby, I will take a picture with a measuring tape. By then it should be around 2 inches

I find 1.5 hard to believe I’m 3 miles from the Bronx and I have 0.5 if that
I’m telling you I have at least 1.5

The models were a lot warmer with the temps didn’t factor in evaporative cooling and dynamic cooling as always. Cold with moderate snow here in the Bronx at 27 degrees. 1.5 inches easily.
-
Hrrr shows only snow for the remainder of the event for the Bronx and north. Manhattan briefly changes to some sleet rain mix. It’s very cold it might be all frozen. The colder and drier air over the area may push the sleet or keep it west of us for a little longer from what I see!

Moderate snow in the Bronx temp. 27

Temp is slowly ticking up. By the time round 2 arrives we may be mixing
No dude, it’s cold every layer, you’re going to get more drop in temps once the precip comes in. It’s the precip over western Pennsylvania that will raise your temps.

radar looks good SW of the city. Looks to pick up again in 60-90 mins
Less than that. Give it or take 25 minutes that precip will be over the city. It’s going to come down. Central Park looks like 3 inches is a lock
-
Heavy snow in the Bronx it should lightened up a little before more heavy snow comes in. Temp went down to 25 there’s about an inch on the ground already!

Snowing moderately in the Bronx temp dropped 1 degree to 28

You have 6 good weeks. Next week looks torchy (storm possibility aside)
Down to 5 weeks. If you notice it’s dark past 5 PM now, we have about two weeks left before the average temperature starts going back up.
Anything can happen. But you clearly have a marginal pattern and you start running out the clock
I understand that but it’s not over, this is when it snows the most late January until early March.

Too bad it's going to move out like one too... should be a nice 45 minutes though. We take.
45 minutes snow event? Whatever dry slot behind that snow wall will fill in. Your call was costing to 2 inches it looks like you may win lol
