A hiatus that long and your first post back is this?

I'm dying laughing. That's not what I meant to say at all. Made a quick post while working. But now that I'm reading it I'm hysterical. Best laugh all day!

Just pounding Oak dongs today. Heavy heavy dongs pounding off my head

Wow ....  things haven't changed much here. Haven't been on here in quite a while, and Kev still likes dongs slapping him in the head.

Something like this is so premature LOL. Not saying it won't happen, but definitely can't say this will happen. Happen. We got plenty of time till we know for sure

No. It looks like 50’s and 60’s all next week. Stick with Hammer .. this is it for cold

Listen, I hope you're right. I know Monday and Tuesday are going to be very warm. I took off from Wednesday on since my daughter is off school all next week. I would love to have temps in the '60s while I'm off Wednesday through Sunday, but not confident that's going to happen

Went for a walk earlier when it was dry.  This bird was standing on the shore but flew away as I was taking out my camera.. must have been over 3 feet..  Blue Heron?looks smaller flying obviously but was huge.. also saw a beastly turkey

That was definitely a blue heron. And that's a male turkey doing his breeding dance. We've had some that do their typical pattern walkthrough, our backyard, and the males like to fluff their feathers and do this funky dance to attract the females.

Out of the worst month of year Morch and into spring now. It’s all behind us and the warmth and sun and dews will be be here before we know it. You can see the light at the end of tunnel. Closing in

Lol... Looking like a very chilly April, for at least the next few weeks ( thanks to the Polar Vortex disruption a few weeks back ). So you warmth and Dews will only be happening in your underpants when you run!

Off to the torches. Sweaty run. Partly cloudy so we’ll furnace until noon or so till the screens slam shut

Furnace? By you? Hmmm .. you must be in some sort of micro climate situation ( I mean.... Will you even reach 60? ). Geez, I can only imagine what happens when you hit 80°. Everything must start to melt.

Read my posts . Never did I say 80. People just make shit up.

Saturday is summer up to ORH. This thing is roaring North . Not gonna be 74 in Hotford and 33 here . That’s never happened in history

These were your words Kevin. So maybe you didn't say 80 but you said summer.

Not worried at all. Been thinking 65-70 for days . Not higher and not 40

If I'm not mistaken, you were the one touting it being close to 80 on Saturday just yesterday. How quickly your mind lapses.

Was just going to say that for myself... Westfield vs BDL. Of course if it's right, the thermometer at BDL will insist it's 78

Yeah, I still think something's wrong with that thermometer Bradley. Maybe it's being stuck in that valley with all the planes landing and taking off

6z Euro cancelling warmth in Tolland. Hate to see it. Wolfie out in a thong.

    Lol... Poor DIT....

It's close though.... Any deviation within 25 miles will be the difference between swamp ass and chilled underpants.

No one is snowing or icing . Just utter bad forecasting

I wouldn't be so overzealous if I were you. The forecast for the weekend is literally teetering on the edge of going one way or the other. There's no guarantee of warmth, just as there's no guarantee of cold. What would be really funny is if the front teetered across Connecticut and stuck you in the low 40s and put Western half of Connecticut in the 60s near 70. Now that would be funny!! ( But I would take the 70's with open arms )
