I opened the door to let the dog out and said "man it's warm." Amazing how quickly 21 degrees feels warm after days and days of Arctic air.

Glacier level unlocked. Everything is iced over now.

Dry slotted for the last half hour or so.

Sleet the the size of hail is falling now. I don't know how else to describe it lol. It's huge compared to what has fallen all day. And it is absolutely pouring.

Starting to see dimpling in the sleet-snow cover. I think freezing rain is here. (La Plata) Still pouring sleet too.

I know every storm is unique but wow what a unique storm this is. I have swept a sleet path off the deck hourly and it's covered again within minutes each time. The driveway is gone again too.

I haven't gone out to measure but looks like just under 4" and a heavy wintry mix. Bigger flakes vs heavy sleet. The snow and sleet are in a street fight basically.

@stormtrackerAlso, if it helps, last week I had a dream that I looked out my front window and snow was falling onto the street like giant globs of paste. I hadn't even had a McDonald's Sprite for a night cap so it was definitely a prophecy. We gone be alright.

We've graduated from flurries to light snow that I can see from my couch. Sticking to the top of the patio umbrella but nowhere else.
