Well New Orleans won’t feel the worst of the storm until tonight. But we have to remember New Orleans originally fared okay Katrina albeit lot of damage. It was the levees breaking that really made the disaster it became. Had they held, Katrina while it would be still remembered would not be remembered the way it is today. catastrophe.

I posted this in the other thread but thought I post it here. This is not a Category 1 or 2 Hurricane! But believe what you want with your so called data. This is worse than what then any video I saw that came out of Texas of Hurricane Harvey which was a low end Category 4 at landfall. I will believe the real experts including The NHC and TWC.

It it was a larger Hurricane and down south there probably would be more

I do like a good winter blizzard with lot of winds and snow just as long as nobody get hurts and not to much damage. It makes for great photos the next day with all the snow especially in the mountains with the sun, We had a major blizzard this past winter. It been quite a while since we had a 'good'' one like that.
