    It’s handling of the Baja and phasing. Also interaction with the NS.

    NAM is out of range so take it with a grain of salt but it had a nice front end thump.

    That's an improvement from 0z. Still amped and has the primary going into OH but the inital thump is impressive before we switch

    Yep GFS the only model so far with a good thump before the changeover

    Not folding in the towel just yet but a potential waste of cold air. Surface temps in the teens but get ice.

    ICON won't be making any friends. Verbatim about 1-3" before the changeover. It is the ICON however

    I read where they are a little skeptical of this north trend and are waiting to see if models trend south today

    Thanks! Models will then start to have a better handle of the setup. Still hoping for some improvements at 12z.

    If we’re going to see a south shift it needs to happen soon.
