Peak snow climo and no big pig , gotta like northern Maine in a active set up like that Even in SNE it’s very hard to not get decent snows just away from ocean between Jan 10 and Feb 10 in an active pattern with no big pig in AK. Probably will get there Ugly ..with plenty of cutters and mixed events mixed in with some all snow systems .

Ya not a fan of Steady due East movement off Outer banks , what sort of appendage are we hoping for to back in , is it from a different piece Of energy off Maine that 980’s low moves due East at about NC/Va latitude from about 6z Sunday to 12z Monday 300-350 miles -
I liked that hurricane hunter met , Nichole Mitchell just ..yes . Oh and Stephanie Abrams ... Dave I brought up because I thought he was one of a kind with his delivery and he was just a cool guy imo , I know about his battle and he used his personality humor and the weather as part of his healing late in his career/life

Looks Sleety except cape and New Bedford area (snow ) as milder mid levels rotate in from NE but 925’s cold enough for frozen ?

Oh we know we definitely can’t trust it it just gives hope even if other models move west a bit it’s going to be a now cast to a significant degree -I think due to the angle of approach And needing that band position to be watched , since it’s the entire “storm”

57 in Bedford at 9am, what’s that a plus 30 it feels really really nice out and the rain has stopped . It was nice to see the snow covering everything yesterday but today is very comfy. I’ll take it . Mountains should be cold enough to blow snow after this evening so ... not bad
