Thanks for asking. Most in Nashville have recovered. Mt. Juliet is mostly recovered. Cookeville will be awhile for most. My brothers house is done. A few of his neighbors houses are built but not in theirs yet.
I just can not believe. I will believe it when it’s on the ground. Used to be so fun to track them up till now cast time. Being disappointed here in mid TN has jaded me.
Somehow it would not surprise me it happening. Seems here in mid TN that is usually what ends up happening. Get the cold air but turns dry. Hopefully not but not holding my breath.
The MJO should be heading into 8 I would think. I also read where phase 7 is colder in February compared to earlier winter months. I don’t know much about MJO.
So the temps being shown on forecast are conservative. It also shows it’s a quick shot of really cold air then right back up to 50 and cold rains. Lol. Gotta love it!
He means more severe wx. Trouble for Dixie alley and Jeff not rooting for it says a lot. I will pass please. I am definitely looking into getting a storm shelter.
Have been notified by family in Cookeville in search that a temporary morgue is being set up. Bodies still being recovered of whole families. Estimated around 30 alone have passed in Cookeville.
My family is safe but my brother lost his house and my mom has damage in Lebanon. My sis is 4 miles from devastation and knows several who have passed in Cookeville.
The EF5 was in Lawrence County. Only one ever in TN (I think). Also known as the forgotten one. The Nashville one was EF2/3.
I am thinking the Nam is way off. We shall see.
