Yea. I do know that PVC is artificial and holds more heat than wood, but i am thinking no as well. 38 now.

40 here. A bit slower to drop tonight than surrounding areas. Wonder if replacing the wooden fence with a PVC fence made a difference?

Notwithstanding the first frost, many of the trees are still completely green. One of the latest leaf changes that I can remember.

My law firm has been looking to hire and retain staff and salaries for admin/paralegals are through the roof. Chances are if you have a job, you are doing much better than last year...admin staff on the island are now getting paid $25-$30 an hour! Nobody is making $15 anymore. 5 years ago yes, but now, everyone making money.
