    The best fishing around here is during the colder months. April-June and then October through December.

    Boats are only worth it if you love fishing. Fishing season starts in April and runs through early December. Peole with boats, who don’t fish, barely use them and just waste money.

    I only received .30” on my weather station in Whitestone, Queens. A few miles east of me from Douglaston to Port Washington received 4”-6”. Insanity.

    Was in Manhasset area for work during the deluge. Was insanity. Everything flooded. Highways closed. Cars stranded. Reminded me of Ida. 4”-6” of rain in 2-3 hours.
