Interested in weather since about 1957. 
Memorable weather events include Hurricane Hazel, snow storms of 1957, 1958, 1983, 1996. Recent hurricanes and tropical storms causing flooding and the drought of 1999.  
 
Oldest son is on air meteorologist at Accu Weather - State College, PA. On air as part of the AccuWeather Network. Verizon Ch 619, Xfinity, ROKU and Direct TV.
