Picked up just about 3.5" over the weekend.

Company picnic today at Hersheypark...yeah, not so nice for an amusement park day. Remarkably, I think everyone who was there parked in the closest lot adjacent to the old arena. There were very, very few people milling about. Susquehanna is supposed to reach 46' in Marietta by late Tuesday before leveling off. At that stage the LSV will be vulnerable to river flooding if Flo does pay us a visit.

This!!! Enough already. Here's hoping Flo is one giant no-show. I feel sick for all the people around here that have lost so much from flooding this summer. Give them a break, please...

Happened between 4pm and 5pm, complete with lightning and thunder and of course zero to near-zero visibility. I was a senior in high school and lived vicariously through my old NOAA weather radio.

Not a drop of rain here today. Can't say I missed it either. I'm sure we'll get our share this weekend.

That is awesome! Don't be too upset this winter when the LSV gets hit with a 30" blizzard. We'll send some cirrus up your way. In all seriousness though, way to go for living out your dream. Can't wait to see and read your stories...

I will forever remember this summer for it's relentless humidity. As someone who wears glasses, I've spent the past several months blindly guessing where I'm walking outside. We've had many summers with more heat but I can't remember one that has been this sticky. Penn State football is so much more than a game...it really is an experience. You need to get up there at least once.

PSU is very young at too many skilled positions to make a serious run. Having said that, there is no player in the country that I want on my team more than McSorley. He is a winner. Period. My wife sensed my apprehension before kickoff Saturday and asked if I was feeling good about the game. I said I was not, but my gut said that Trace wouldn't let them lose. Pretty much accurate on that one. Not excited about the entire week of weather. 90+ through Thursday and then days of rain. Will it ever end?

No I did not, and for that i am very thankful. Also grateful we didn't have to evacuate the Beav like Canderson did down at Fedex. It turned out to be pretty good football weather except for the humidity. Hats off to App. State for playing their freaking hearts out. Honestly, they deserved to win.

What time did you get home on Friday? I feel so bad for the people of Mount Joy. There are a good number of people who have to pump their basements out 3 times this summer.

I live about 4 miles west of Mount Joy. 6.5" at home since 12:30pm but Mount Joy itself is over 10".

Somewhat related but I truly think my team is making a serious case for being the worst team in MLB history. We are really bad in every facet of the game of baseball.

Greetings from Lancaster county PA...I have family that lives in Lewes (Bay Breeze off King's Highway) and I always root for your area to get nice storms. I come down to visit at least twice of year and must say that I love that town. Here's hoping you guys do well with this! -
