  1. Thank you so much for sharing this. I told my wife what I had posted and she was not amused. So much satisfaction seeing this - nice to know that I'm on the same page as legit weather forecast offices are.
  2. Honestly, I use Sterling's. There is no "good" radar for us as we fall between State College, Sterling, and Mt. Holly's. State College is okay during the warm months but is horrible for snow events - Sterling is the only viable option during winter storms.
  3. Still nothing officially in the bucket today despite 2 rounds of very light showers.
  4. Yep - heat comes back with a vengeance quickly. 80 tomorrow, near 90 on Monday and well into the 90s by Tuesday.
  5. Just getting clipped by a strong cell - only some very light rain here as the cell passes JUST to my west.
  6. Very spotty - nothing has come close to hitting this area.
  7. I'll be around almost every day. Many days I can't commit to being on for long stretches though. Mostly cloudy and 72 here.
  8. Sitting outside with a fire in the pit and a beverage in hand - and it feels glorious!
  9. Pretty much a flush hit. There was no mention of rain at all for today from CTP, so I wasn't even looking at radar until I saw your post. Appreciated the heads up. :)
  10. No wind, a couple of rumbles, and a legit downpour here resulted in .26" of rain in just under 7 minutes. .54" yesterday. .30" today.
  11. Hmm. Sun is out here...but dark clouds looming to my NW. Sky looks very similar to Wednesday evening when I was convinced I was getting a storm...and didn't.
  12. I was viewing on desktop, but you're right. Much better look on mobile. I mean - that might have briefly entered my mind...
  13. Did something change on here? My layout looks different all of a sudden.
  14. 73 here - far cry from the 91-93 degree readings at this time Monday through Wednesday.
  15. Exactly! Nice little stretch of weather where we push pause before the heat really comes back next week.
  16. Yes. And speaking of Florida, when Bubbler posted about Elsa being a hurricane, I immediately thought of Elsa from Frozen. And that's why I simply said "Let It Go" (for those who know anything about Frozen, there's a song called Let It Go)
  17. The cell that was warned for our area around 2pm yesterday both strengthened and slowed as it moved into eastern Lanco. Yes, there were some nice totals from the eastern part of the county. I believe that neighboring Chester was under a Flash Flood Warning as a result of that cell.
  18. Picked up .04" since midnight, giving me an "event" total of .58".
  19. .48" in the bucket for the day at home. (and far less than that here at work)
  20. According to my wife, rain started at home 5 minutes ago and we're at .22" already...
  21. Isn't that going to slide below us? (or perhaps south of my location)
  22. Looking at the radar as it is right now - that sort of looks believable, unfortunately.
