  1. Did I actually think that? Not at all. Would it have shocked me? No. How many people thought Notre Dame would lose at home to Northern Illinois? I have no idea why you have this attitude with me. It's not like upsets don't happen. And frequently. Personally, not assuming anything has worked very well for me. I've been burned so many times by counting games as wins before they're played. Seems foolish to me, especially in sports today.
  2. Cry? What? Perplexing comment...I made a statement. The day I cry over Michigan is the day snow maps become accurate.
  3. Right now Ryan Day is probably hated more by his fan base than JF's. That might change in 3 hours.
  4. I hate Michigan wayyyyy more than Ohio State. I won't speak for @Mount Joy Snowman but that's how I've always felt.
  5. Would be very cool to experience. Would be excruciating to be just outside a band that won't move. Watertown apparently got screwed overnight.
  6. That is very impressive (9 degrees lower than me) and if you reach 10 tomorrow morning that will be 14 degrees colder than my MU forecast of 24!
  7. 27 this morning in Maytown. Good night for Roundtop as they began painting their mountain white.
  8. I don't disagree at all. Georgia is the NCAA version of the KC Chiefs this year...
  9. 40 in Maytown currently. Snow and Graupel have moved through.
  10. And yet Dallas is 1.5 games out of a WC spot as of now.
  11. Thankful for the .93" of rain that soaked Maytown. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
  12. Clippers are nothing but skippers around here without a digging vort.
  13. Yes! You got Harden and Batum but you forgot Mo Bamba!
  14. Resonated - sometimes it's those little things that are unique to us that maybe others don't understand but at the same time we feel the most thankful for. Enjoy your wintry retreat.
  15. coolest, most terrifying...and strenuous. I had a chance to climb Cape Hatteras a few years ago and wasn't prepared to be overcome with exhaustion at the top. Didn't help that it was 89/77 the day we visited.
  16. Yes sir. That's what I took away from my first trip to Chicago...we were on the lakeshore and if I didn't know better I would have swore I was at the ocean. Pretty cool experience being on the beach with over 2.5 million people directly behind me.
  17. Speaking of maps - I do believe that about a week ago at this time, most "maps" were indicating a big swath of significant snow directly over my house for tomorrow. How are we looking?
