Accumulations of a coating - 1" (non-paved surfaces) are most likely in the higher terrain of Perry, northern Dauphin, Cumberland, & Franklin Co's. Roads will just be wet for the afternoon commute.

Thanks - that's why I asked. You could drive 90 or so minutes from your place and depending on the direction go from an average of just over 2' to over 8'.

Just curious...what is your normal seasonal snow total where you're at? I know you get snow often, and it is often nickel and dime, but I don't know what it all adds up to on average.

At the risk of boring everyone with my fanaticism of trains, I was able to participate in some of the 611 activities in Strasburg last fall. Really cool to be a part of. They are charging nearly double for the 45 minute excursions pulled by 611 compared to 475 this weekend. Speaking of 475...what an amazing job the freight shop did getting her back and running after the accident last week. Strasburg operations are exceptional in nearly every way.

I don't pay attention to snow chances until I think that I have a chance at getting snow.
