  1. With clear skies and dry air, temps are falling fast this evening. 13 degree drop over the past 3 hours. 72 right now.
  2. They're not getting Durant without giving up Maxey. Horrible idea.
  3. I'm a man of my word. They're gone. My wife and I will still go from time to time but likely 6-8 games at most. Kevin Durant can go somewhere else. I want no part of him.
  4. Sunny, billowing cumulus and 79 at noon. Postcard day.
  5. My Sports Illustrated Jinx began last night, the first game after my post. #itwastooeasytoknowtheorioleswouldpromptlylose
  6. Yep...I was out most of the evening and I could feel the humidity increasing. My guess is that it will crash shortly but I agree about the low...I'm at 78 right now.
  7. Looks like my forecast from this morning worked out pretty well-I thought your area had a chance today!
  8. Also hit 90 here today...day #27 for the season.
  9. MDT's dewpoint is down to 57. Surprised yours is that high.
  10. Far cry from back to back to back to back champions...
  11. Too bad the Sens haven't been baking on the field regarding performance.
  12. 83/60 just past the noon hour. 12pm dewpoint trends: Tuesday: 74 Wednesday: 66 Thursday: 60 It's only going to get better!
  13. Let's make a deal and keep the Atlantic quiet and free of tropical activity until yours truly returns to Baltimore from Bermuda on 9/3. Thanks in advance.
  14. Some scattered areas of blue on this map indicating a few spots dropping to near 40 Saturday morning. #everyonesacisoffexceptforitstrainingtime
  15. Set up seems somewhat similar to winter snow showers - seems like the best chances for a shower later on is in the central mountains with the precip drying out as it moves SE. Probably about a 10% chance down my way, perhaps more like 30% or so from Rouzerville to Marysville NW.
  16. I'll call him over lunch today to get the scoop. LOL
  17. I picked up exactly .3" since midnight. MU was calling for "a few tenths of an inch" overnight between the turnpike and Rt. 30. Can't be any more accurate than that!
  18. Thunderstorm in progress. Tenth of an inch in the bucket.
  19. MU thinks it'll be at least 10-12 days before we see 90. Which means that you won't see 90 until next July.
  20. I didn't have time to list everyone...Jon Nese. I think I read that Jon and Horst were fellow students together at University Park in the met program during the 1980s. Eric would often retweet Jon's thoughts.
  21. He sure was. Abrams, Bastardi, Sobel...pretty good roster right there. But my favorite met on Weather World, and one of my top #2 all-time was Paul Knight.
  22. My childhood favorite...until I discovered Weather World...
