  1. High today here in the district was 81. It felt every bit that warm, too.
  2. Swagger? LOL, he's the last player in the Association that should be displaying swagger. WTF.
  3. With our luck, we'll face them later in the playoffs and intentionally foul him, then watch him go 16-18 from the line.
  4. Oh, and why are the North Dakota snow weenies NOT chatting their historic blizzard up on here?
  5. Who said it? I can't find anything online. I was pissed last night watching the play-in game...Simmons sitting there in optic green, obviously wanting to stick out and be noticed. Meh...get your a** out on the floor dude.
  6. This is really good stuff and I read it a couple of times to ponder what you're saying. This is the time of year when sensible weather really can and does vary even just across the LSV and immediate adjacent areas. For example, a few Saturdays ago @Bubbler86was getting snow squalls with temps in the 30s while I was partly sunny and 50. That IS a big difference, and I'm sure there were those in Franklin county that had a much different perspective of how the weather was that day compared to those of us farther east. And that kind of difference is probably most often played out in late March and April - once you get into May, warmth tends to become more uniform in our area unless an east wind knocks our area down in temps. Your overall observations of temps for those that you mentioned, yes I'd completely agree with you...very accurate assessment.
  7. I'm not laughing AT you...I did chuckle when I read this though for what is now probably obvious with me. LOL
  8. Here's some info on the upcoming pattern and return to well BN temps: https://www.millersville.edu/weathercenter/forecasts/weather-discussion.php
  9. Tough time of the year - some want to hang on to anything remotely resembling winter as long as the possibly can, while others are beyond ready for warm weather to persist. Both feelings are perfectly acceptable.
  10. A lot of high level cloudiness has arrive here as well. Might cap temps a bit lower, we'll see.
  11. At 11:30 it's 74.4 here - MU going for a high this afternoon in Lanco near 83. (record for the date in Lanco is 85)
  12. I've been at 3 MLB games that had snow falling - the other 2 didn't come close to this bad boy though. That squall was legit. (as you can see)
  13. I was at Orioles opening day in 2003 (actually on March 31st) when a massive squall hit during the game. I've shared this in previous years, but in honor of the season, an encore: (the snow begins at the 21:00 mark, but you gotta check out the scene around 32:00)
  14. I only had .01" of rain yesterday. You're being selfish. And yep, I expect bank thermometers to hit or exceed 80 in Maytown today. Wait...we only have one bank and there's no thermometer.
  15. Elliott going aggressive for Saturday, calling for 70 here with a confidence level of 4/5. Of course, that is for Lanco...
  16. 63 at 8:30pm - absolutely perfect evening to be outside. High today was 76.
  17. ...just in time for the home opener on City Island.
  18. paweather is indeed much closer but I assumed he's got underground freezing apparatus so that while we have April snow TV, he experiences April "snow show" on his lawn.
  19. My neighbor was out mowing yesterday afternoon and we got to talking. He knows all about my weather "interest" and I was telling him about this forum and how I "know" someone 90 minutes away from us that hasn't mowed yet this spring. With that, he removed his cap, wiped his brow and said "what...is the guy's yard 3' high or what?" I told him I'd pass his question along. LOL
