    No snow in Maytown. Temp did not even drop to "legit" freezing last night - 32.3 was my low.

    At least in this thread, we've talked ad nausem about how frequent big snowstorms have happened over the past 25 years. What has been missing, at least locally are the 4-8" type snowfalls that seemed much more common in the 1970s and 1980s.

    Very little snow until the 2nd half of January, then big amounts from then through February. He was calling for 1-3" total snowfall through like January 15th. 2016 is a top analog for this winter - we ended up AN that winter. Of course, almost the entire season's snowfall came in 24 hours on 1/22-1/23.

    There is at least one met (yeah, that guy from MU) that said a month ago that we would be waiting a good long time for snow...

    Just avoided an issue here this morning - it was 32.5 when I left for work and the roads were still wet...fortunately, ground temps are still high enough that there was no ice.

    Based on history, 75% chance of snow that week. Probably a bit lower percentage for me in Orlando...

    I got up to 51 shortly before noon, but it's been a slow bleed downward since. 48 currently.

    .07" this morning, storm total of 2.21" 48 and mostly cloudy, should easily reach the 50s again today. (Temp reached 51.3 overnight.)
