    put this on the obs. thread too.... Still snowing up here ATM...temps dropping rapidly...I am guessing no school for the kiddos in NW NC tomorrow-as I predict a lot of freezing/re-freezing overnight as some snow still falls. Winds are ripping

    Here it comes...birds emptied the feeders today here...I imagine local schools will put out a delay soon in prep for this event...

    Looks like a nice event...looks like totals have been increased...temps are dropping here rapidly and clouds are increasing...

    That is true...roads around Todd and Meat Camp today are in terrible condition. Wish everyone safe travels today.

    Sup. drives me nuts with a 2-hour delay...gaining nothing as temps go from 14 to 15 in 2 hours...the delay gains them nothing

    Hard to believe that the moderators and other folks are having conversation on the observation thread about Jim Cantore's height...it's crazy...if any of us did that we'd be out. Anyway...it's snowing like crazy here and my dog got stuck in the snow...she disappeared into a drift
