    Sorry for all those still wo power. I had a long morning down in the DC area helping out my dad, who is also still without power, but the afternoon has gotten markedly better. Now hanging out at Big Truck in Mappy land.

    I’m down in Greenbelt checking on my Dad. Lots of damage and still no power. This is now. And there is a whole series of poles that need to be replaced.

    It’s easy to be excited right now, but we’re in the midst of an 8 game win streak. I think by the trade deadline, they might still be hovering around .500 but that’s not the goal, so selling seems the right thing to do. I’ll hate seeing Mancini go, but he seems at peace with it.

    We were at Broadkill Beach this week and heard foxes on Monday night from indoors after sunset. Then on Tuesday, we were the only ones sitting on the beach near sunset and saw two adult foxes carefully make their way out from the dunes. A few minutes later, three kits (I want to call them pups but know that’s wrong) join them. The kits were loving it. Jumping and tackling each other in the sand. Very cute.
