    I wish that I hadn’t commented. Not sure that I even agree with what I wrote, but 10 year old Lagavulin will do that. How much longer are we tied to Davis?

    Davis is worth keeping around for defense until someone better comes along. And even If someone better comes along, it has to be someone better at a time when the team is somewhat better. If you’re hog tied to throw away good money on a non performing player, there’s no point in cutting him loose and still paying him if the player that replaces him is better but the team is, at best, mediocre.

    Damn. I didn’t know Smoketown had a location in Frederick! When @jonjon wants the open a barrel aged location in Fredrick, this little warehouse strip would be a great location. @Scraff can be in charge of distribution. I’ll sample.

    Over 2" and the sump pump just kicked on for the first time in about a month. This was a much needed rain. Now, where is that little trickle of water on the kitchen wall coming from???

    I was at the outer banks just north of Ocracoke Island during Alex in 2004. It was nuts. Be safe, but get out on the beach when you can for shells.
