  1. (RR) That video had so much potential (/RR)
  2. I can't get from Coney Island Whitefish to key lime pie no matter how hard I try. I think I'll just skip eating today.
  3. Holy sh*t! Did anyone else open that tweet and scroll down? I'm getting some spicy cheetos today!
  4. The 6z gfs is just under .80”, so yes, drier, but like wxusaf said in the main thread, 20-30 miles would make difference. I’ll be curious to see whether the 12z holds or continues the slip south.
  5. I get why you’re pessimistic but hopefully the Arctic press is overemphasized on the euro and it will rebound a little. I think that’s more likely than it going further south.
  6. Just a few days ago wasn’t the consensus that we might get an ice storm for this event? I think this has trended well for the area. Maybe too well though!
  7. I’m sure @ravensrule just jack knifed out of a sound sleep and isn’t sure why yet.
  8. What fun would there be in the gfs and the euro agreeing 36 hours before an event?
  9. I don’t have the exact amounts for the 6z gfs run, though they are a bit lower, but the 0z gfs has around .90” of precip for the event with two separate periods of 3-4” each. A tick north of the boundary come game time would be nice, but ratios should be good either way. eta that this is if for BWI
  10. I’m going to weenie the boundary a little north and say 5-7” by noon Friday along the I70 corridor. Good time to kanoodle in the Ville.
  11. Yeah, it’s a great spot. There’s also a nice beer farm with a ton of outdoor space not too far out called Inverness. Good beer too. And then a newish place I’ve never been to called Farmacy. Be great to meet up with some of the locals.
  12. He generally reports more than me, but maybe he always gets more than me. Snow, RR. Snow.
  13. The spotter that’s two miles from me in Pimlico reported an inch today. He must be measuring on the grass.
  14. 12/16 - 17 4.0" 1/26 0.2" 1/31 - 2/2 5.7” 2/7 0.5” Total 10.4”
  15. Come on, dudes! Throw a party and didn’t invite me! Glad that you guys met up. BC is a cool spot though I wish they still had the dart boards.
  16. Totally kidding. You don’t have to look far around here for flaws. Regarding wx, between bands now. Good time to use the restroom and grab a beer.
  17. Yeah, looking at all the snow on @Baltimorewx’s mailbox, I can see it starting to teeter.
  18. That’s a good area for in the burbs. Kind of the southern tip of Parr’s Ridge. It only gets better as you drive north an 32. It’s been snowing great here all morning but my temps have sucked. Interesting seeing the streets caving in photos well south but nothing but wet here. No complaints though.
  19. @North Balti Zen, there’s a good band to our southwest. We should be fine. Back to moderate snow here up the hill from you.
  20. Had a little lull here to lighter snow and smaller flakes, but picking back up again. I’m hoping the models didn’t have the banding exactly right last night because I think we were in no man’s land.
  21. Hopefully you get a good snow in the upcoming pattern. I always enjoy traveling the eastern shore in the snow. And damn! Came out on the porch and everything non-pavement is covered. Coming down good!
  22. Current RadarScope depiction. Also, anyone want to share what setting they use with RadarScope. Composite? Tilt? By the way, the r/s line is still moving southeast.
  23. I’m making chili this afternoon for the game and it’s taking all of my energy not to open this bag of Fritos to go with my coffee.
