    30/21 here in Balt City and 27/20 for my target Emmitsburg tomorrow. At least stepping outside with the pup just now it "feels" like snow ahead of things for a change. Usually sweating getting the last few degrees down to 32 here - so being cold enough at start would be nice.

    A sleet bomb would be hella cool. Feels like all sorts of outcomes are on the table. Spin the wheel, and hope it doesn't land on 33 and rain.

    Nice. Best sledding I was ever able to take part in was sleet on top of snowfall. Just amazingly fast.

    That is true - but you are near or live on a hill, maybe? A real sleet fest would make some pretty great sledding...

    Emmitsburg 37/24 - still looking good for 8+. Driving up in the morning - gonna find me a snowstorm. Given January 2019 relative disappointment around Balt - will be my first legit snow event since Jan 2016. Also, BBQ.

    Got a hotel that takes dogs already up in emmitsburg and it is close enough to Balt that if i need to get back quickly I can.

    If this NAM is right Emmitsburg is not far enough for me to go. May just cancel and stay home, chasing to central PA not an option technically during PA's covid restrictions.
