There was Noooooooooooooo break !!!!!!!! I am ready for fall !!!! I took my KU Northeast snowstorm book to the pool the other day. My wife took one look at it & called me a “weather nerd”! Dreaming about snow helps me to get through the summer !

I was out back earlier this afternoon before the thunderstorm rolled through Marysville. I was enjoying reading a chapter of my KU Northeast Winter Storm book. I was dreaming about an approaching snowstorm, but then the family & I needed to head inside to dodge the thunderstorm. Here, It turned out to just be a little thunder & some heavy rain, along with a little wind for about 20 minutes. Also, it is only 2 months & 2 days until Met. Fall begins on September 1st ! I am hoping to fire up the grill later on this afternoon. Do you guys think that there will be any more storms later today ?

Yes ! The next 2 weeks look to be below normal, so that takes us into late June. I’ll be thrilled if most of the summer heat is confined to just July & August.

Yes, that pattern would have been nice ! It’s also good to know that there is only less than four months until fall. The longer that we can stay away from the 80’s & 90’s, the better in my opinion!

It tough to believe that this is the forecast for the Northeast tomorrow! That area of mixed precip is impressive for May 13th.
