  1. Heavy snow now in Marysville at 1:15 pm. It might be the best rate & flake size combo of this event so far!
  2. Sounds a lot like my yard around Noon. Snow never stopped here in Marysville, so I’m certainly over 5 inches here now.
  3. Hopefully the MDT observer can get an accurate measurement with all of the wind. The CTP website being down won’t help with the official stats either unless they are back up & running soon.
  4. This band looks legit & extends back to Cumberland,MD & Bedford, PA. Hopefully everyone gets a couple more hours of snow. Moderate snow continues in Marysville.
  5. I just measured in several protected spots in the yard and measured 4.75 of snow as of 12 pm in Marysville. Moderate snow continues. Winter Storm Warning is about to verify in Marysville once I cross 5 inches soon!

HAZARDS...A band of heavy snow accompanied by northwest wind gusts up to 35 MPH which can rapidly reduce visibility to less than a quarter of a mile. This includes the following Interstates... The Pennsylvania Turnpike from mile markers 205 to 276. Interstate 78 from mile markers 0 to 8. Interstate 81 from mile markers 0 to 139. Interstate 83 from mile markers 0 to 50. Interstate 180 from mile markers 1 to 19. Interstate 283 from mile markers 0 to 2.
  7. I thinks it’s just due to banding. If you are stuck between bands, your rates will go down for a time. Hours of snow to go in the LSV. Hopefully everyone cashes in before we are done!
  8. Roads are completely covered in Marysville with near 0 visibility with moderate snow & blowing snow. Easily over 3 inches out there with a few hours to go! This storm is delivering.
  9. 29 and crazy wind with heavy snow in Marysville! Looking forward to the even heavier bands!
  10. It’s great to see the reports of 7 to 8 inches of snow in western PA with still a bit to go out there. That is a good sign for us further east.
  11. Heavy snow with large flakes in Marysville at 8am. All surfaces covered, with at least 1 inch on the ground. My Temp is down to 32
