I have exactly .02 of rain to show for this entire week! Every rain chance this week missed my yard.

Same here, totally a bust!

Hopefully the extreme heat never makes it to our region. Maybe it will be a similar situation like the the Winter of 2021, when the record cold in the Midwest & Texas never truly made it to us.

CTP is finally downplaying the rain chance today for the Harrisburg area. Today A chance of showers, mainly before noon. Cloudy, with a high near 81. Calm wind becoming east around 6 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

The radar doesn’t look too promising north of the turnpike for much rain this morning.

This is my second or third rain bust of the week.

If this happened in Winter….the meltdowns on here would be epic.

I just woke up to dry ground with nothing falling from the sky.

Thanks! That’s about how many bug bites that I will probably accumulate tonight.

I’m here now to vent about this miserable Summer weather. I don’t understand how anyone can possibly enjoy tropical humidity, no breeze & bugs! I am sitting outside waiting for this outdoor movie to begin and I am completely miserable! How many days until Fall begins!?!?

New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

So, does anyone think that there is a good chance of showers tomorrow evening? We are supposed to take the kids to an outdoor movie tomorrow evening, so I’m rooting for another rain miss for tomorrow.

I really could go for a good 16 day ensemble snow map right about now, lol!
