  1. Lol, I take no delight in any drought…especially the dreaded DO! Hopefully everyone is out of the “yellow” soon so we can all mow for days on end.
  2. Johnstown 6 am Ob was Snow with 1/4 visibility & 32 degrees…on May 3rd!

  6. I just got home from one of the most miserable softball games that I have attended in terms of weather. 46 degrees with light to occasionally moderate showers with 20 to 30 mph winds. Just Brutal…and my daughter’s team lost as well!

  8. I know that you take great care to report accurate temps & precip. MDT is the only place that underreports data…namely snow totals…!

  14. 1.85 today at MDT as of the 5 pm climate summary. The drought monitor map should look much different at the next update…except for localized areas like Rouzerville & Maytown.

  17. Road trip worthy snow is shown on the GFS for northern & western CTP over the next few days.
  18. Plenty of rain to go yet today. The 12z GFS has low pressure near Delaware until this evening.
  19. 1.88 of rain just for today so far with moderate rain continuing now in Marysville.
