    Back to back runs of the EURO with a Hugo redux... It has its' target now the GFS is the chaser,other models are starting to side with the EURO so watch the GFS cave with a Cat 5 Hugo track

    My belief is because it is in the dead center of the state... mountains zap anything coming from the NW, and it is too far inland to have a significant oceanic moisture tap. I live 40 miles south of Cola. so I get the benefit of the ocean tap from the Atlantic (5” from the Coastal Crusher and yet Columbia got hardly flurries).

    My area on the latest GFS: 144hr- 41 150hr- 65 wtf.... that is 4 degrees an hour

    “Too cold to snow” huh?... go tell that to Antarctica, Russia, Canada, Serbia, and any tall mountain range like the Rockies, Alps, and Himalayas.

    Actually I had my dates backwards, it was February 2010 when we got that accumulation in my area.
